Our mission is to provide the Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tempe communities with an opportunity for healing using alternative medicine, including:
- Acupuncture – Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to help restore health and well-being to the mind, body and spirit. If you’re experiencing any type of physical or emotional ailment, acupuncture can provide immediate and substantial relief.
- Herbal Remedies – Herbal remedies are an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They are often used in conjunction with acupuncture to help alleviate physical ailments and emotional imbalances.
- Cupping Therapy – Cupping can help clear toxins from the body, eliminate internal heat, treat upper respiratory ailments, alleviate arthritic pain, reduce back/neck/shoulder pain, resolve emotional challenges and lessen digestive issues. It can be administered as a stand-alone treatment, or in conjunction with acupuncture.
- Nutritional Guidance – Nutrition is truly the cornerstone of health and wellness, and healing with whole foods is an important component of holistic health. That’s why nutritional guidance is provided to all patients at Above & Beyond Acupuncture.
- Massage Therapy – Therapeutic massage helps to increases flexibility, reduce pain, improve muscle tone and promote a deep state of relaxation. Massage can be used to alleviate a variety of ailments while keeping the body functioning properly.
- Lifestyle Coaching – Lifestyle coaching is provided to all patients to help you make necessary life changes that are an integral component of improving your health and well-being. You will be coached and supported in a variety of areas such as diet, lifestyle, mindfulness, presence, perceptions, stress relief and more!

Above & Beyond Acupuncture employs a variety of alternative services that are used synergistically to help patients achieve balance, health and well-being. We focus our efforts on the prevention and elimination of pain, illness and emotional distress by developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs. These plans provide the necessary structure to accomplish specific goals and provide expectations as to how many treatments will be required to provide resolution.
