What services we provide

My Mystic Path is an online platform that provides a directory service for customers to find providers. Providers using our service have the ability to list their business services, products, classes, and events on a monthly subscription basis. 

Fees, service adjustments, cancellations and refunds

Providers are charged a monthly fee for some of the service plans we provide. Providers also have the ability to create a limited listing for free and will not be charged for any services unless/until they upgrade to a paid service. When a provider upgrades or downgrades a service plan they will be charged the full amount for the new service plan at the time of the change. The prorated difference between the two services will then be refunded within 24 hours. Funds may not appear in the customers account for 7-14 days, depending on the banking institution. When a provider cancels a service, the cancellation will take place within 24 hours and the money to be refunded may take between 7-14 days, depending on the banking institution.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
