I was trained and have been practicing as a spiritual guide (trauma-informed) since 1998, teaching breathwork meditation & developed/teaching “bellydance therapy” & dance movement as a healing art since 1998, DCC (diastasis & core consultant-2012), CES (corrective exercise/breathwork specialist-2010), CMT (certified massage therapist 2004-trauma resolution, abominable-integrated internal organ massage, Thai Yoga, psoas/pelvic alignment, Hawaiian LomiLomi “prayer work”, pre/postnatal), personal somatic trauma-mental health-creative recovery journey, BA in Anthropology, minor in Spanish (bilingual)1990
